AVR Photography & Verified Views

At AVR Design Solutions, we provide a fully in-house AVR photography service designed to deliver precise, planning-compliant visual material for verified views and photomontages. Based in Cheltenham, we work on projects nationwide, delivering consistent quality wherever you need us.

 

Using centimetre-accurate GNSS equipment, we capture reliable coordinate data for both the camera position and key objects of interest on site – removing the need for third-party surveyors. This ensures every image we produce is both visually strong and technically robust, ready to support your planning submission or public consultation.

 

All source photographs are captured using high-resolution full-frame cameras and professional-grade lenses, typically at a lens height of 1.5m and supplied as 30MP, 16-bit TIFFs. We include original RAW files for full traceability, and provide clear location context photos to confirm camera placement.
